Exercise in Ramadhan(fasting month).when and what exercise should i do.?

Assalamualaikum and hello guys,

once again Ramadhan Kareem.
Lately i been getting a lot of questions about "bulan puasa" where all Muslim are fasting.
when, what  kind exercise to maintain or losing weight. yeah i know everybody want to look good on Hari Raya.teehee.

When can i exercise?

 depend on your goal.

if you just want to lose weight without worrying about your muscle loss then 1 hour before "berbuka" is the perfect time. trust me you will be surprise about how fast the weight decreasing.(depend on your diet too.)

if you want to get lean and losing body fat without worrying muscle loss. you can start exercise 30minute after "berbuka" or after "solat terawih".

what kind of exercise?

How about trying Hiit training. It only require 10 minutes. but it 3 times better from jogging for 20 minutes. because it really attack your heartbeat.


you don't have to use the medicine ball, just do normal pushup. Alter this exercise with your current fitness level but make sure after 10 minute you're sweating like crazy.
