5 rules to change from fat to fit!!!

Hello and Assalamualaikum,

We meet again.
For my first post i like to express one thing. To be able to loosing weight in short period of time. Discipline in your diet and exercise are very important. so to make it easy,
I have 5 rules regarding this.

I'm a malaysian citizen.
like other people in this country, i extremely like to eat, passion for food make me forgot about my own health's. until one day i realize that i have obesity with a weight of 97 kg.
When you're a fat guy u will lose confident in yourself , friend laughing at you , stress, hard to find a nice wardrobe for you and many more disadvantages.

This also happen to me.

from that day i started to think how im gonna lose all these extra fat and weight.

that's a long story ago,
now im 19 kilo's lighter and i did it in 5-6 month without any supplement(fat burner and etc.)
but with endomorph type of body i easily accumulate fat and have a low metabolism, so i still fighting it.

Purpose of this blog :

-I also want my blog become inspiration for people that have same fate as me, to lose weight, become more confident and get a healthy better life.
