5 rules to change from fat to fit!!!

Hello and Assalamualaikum,

We meet again.
For my first post i like to express one thing. To be able to loosing weight in short period of time. Discipline in your diet and exercise are very important. so to make it easy,
I have 5 rules regarding this.




FIRST :
FOCUS
for me as a university student,
i'll wait until my semester break so that i can plan my diet and my exercise
it easy when u r at home..


SECOND :
MAKE A NOTE/JOURNAL
take note how much u want to lose in one month.Aim higher so that you will find yourself struggling. What will you eat and what you eat that day(before and after)
what exercise will you do.What exersizes you do on that day(before and after)
observe your weight once a week.This help if your weight are not decreasing.
you can trace back if your diet or exercise have something wrong with it.


THIRD :
LEARN ABOUT GOOD DIET

There are many way of dieting through internet and the common one for us(malaysian) is not eating rice(in the western country this is zero carb diet or low carb diet).yes it have help a lot of people loosing their weight but beware of this kind of diet.easily to loose the weight and easily to gain it back.maybe i will explain about it later in future post why this happen. 
as for me, 
my way of dieting are eating like a normal person but low in carbohydrate still eat nasi but in proper portion(sugar also a carb) and low in saturated oil/fat.
Lets make this simple. Ok, when u eat rice+fried chicken+curry+ice tea first ur body use ice tea as an energy(sugar tend to breakdown first instead of other thing because their structure) and then the rice(one of bad carbohydrate)  and then the curry(high in oil and carb) lastly ur oil(olive oil not included :) ) is been store as fat..thats what make ur body fat increase(oil is hard to breakdown as an energy in our body).
learn about calorie, read about nutrition label before buying any food product.as example: in supermarket there is black paper sauce that have same weight but different in brand..brand A have 3 time higher msg than Brand B
.so its important to read the nutrition label.


FOURTH :
INTENSITY


Our body is amazing. 
They are amazingly easy to adapt to the exersize that we did. That's also why rule no 3 is important. When u see there is no change in your weight.it's time for you to increase the intensity, it's the same with diet(lowering your calorie).


FIFTH: this is the hardest one.

CONSISTENCY

this is the most important part
do this for 3 month straight u will smiling at the mirror.dont stop halfway.


i dont know if this will help you on losing weight but it works for me.
